We exist to help people become the best version of themselves.
Our Mission Statement
About TRM

We provide an individualized and tailored approach to everyone. Your body is unique to you and your therapy should reflect that. We want to help you get back to the best version of yourself!
CODE
What you believe is who you are and who you are is
what matters the most.
WE LIVE BY OUR CODE WHICH CONSISTS OF 4 GUIDING PRINCIPLES.
ONE ON ONE
Every time you walk through our doors, you'll receive a unique, one on one tailored approach to your rehab and training.
LIFE CHANGE
Many people live with pain from injuries and have adjusted their life style around that pain.. Our priority is getting you back to being the best version of yourself.
EDUCATION
We believe in leading the way within our profession and our community. We expect everyone on our team to be educators and give back to the next generation.
STAY HUNGRY
Staying Hungry is a mentality. We love to celebrate what we accomplish, but we know the work is never done.
DOMAIN
Everything we do falls under The Big Three.
Physical Therapy
Every time you walk through our doors, you'll receive a unique, tailored approach to your rehab and training. Our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself and we believe the most effective way to do that is by a one on one interaction every time you walk through our doors.
Athletic Training &
Sports Performance
The purpose of sports performance training is to work on things that will translate into not just improved performance, but ELITE performance for your sport. Why would you work on movements and exercises that won't translate to the field of play? We're here to take you to that next level.
That's not all.
A model to change the way health care is perceived and received.
We all know the health care industry suffers from a barrage of problems: Lack of quality care, lack of transparency, difficulty finding a good doctor, high costs, insurance problems and overall a high number of inefficient care being given.
This is why we exist: To change the way health care is perceived and received.
Collaborative Care
For those who know us, this comes as no surprise.
We strongly believe in collaborative care.
Collaborative Care is exactly that: A team of professionals collaborating on your specific needs in an effort to bring you the best care possible.
We have a team full of Medical Doctors, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Strength Coaches, Chiropractors and Orthopedic Clinical Specialists who all collaborate on the care you will receive and what your best route forward is.
So while you are getting a one on one interaction with your provider every time you walk through our doors, you are also getting the collaboration of our entire team when you're not in our building.
THIS KEEPS YOU AND YOUR HEALTH
AT THE CENTER OF OUR FOCUS,
100% of the time.
.. but how does this work?
So, you need to see a Doctor?
You quickly google doctors in your area and you come across UAMS Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine.
There are a couple trains of thought here:
"Well, I don't have any orthopaedic problems, I'm not looking for sports medicine either.. so how can you help me?"
Our MD's treat people for a wide range of problems that aren't orthopedic. Everything from coughs and sniffles all the way to the most complex injuries. They treat it all!
The other train of thought is: "I have an upper body, lower body or head injury that I really need to see a specialist for."
Our MD's are all highly skilled and fellowship trained. We have a team full of specialists who treat everything from head, shoulder, elbow, knee, spine, foot and ankle. Legitimately all things orthopaedic.
You've set up your appointment to see one of our MD's.
The Doctor you've seen has come to the conclusion that you've sprained your knee and physical therapy is your best course of action and refers you over to TRM, which happens to be in the other side of our building. Pretty cool right? Everything under one roof!
It's also highly possible that you stumbled across our website already looking for Physical Therapy, Athletic Training & Sports Performance training and decide to call us and set your own appointment!

Regardless of how you've arrived here at this moment, we'd love to get to know you and how we can help you get back to being the best version of yourself!
You arrive at TRM ready for rehab.
Come as you are.
At TRM you'll notice something right away: We treat people from all walks of life. We treat young athletes, older athletes, children, elderly, non athletes, executives, musicians, accountants.. we treat everyone. Our patients know they can come in our building as they are. Whether you want to wear athletic clothes, a suit and tie or clothes that are comfortable to you, we encourage our patients to be comfortable. Be yourself.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer our patients a one on one interaction with their provider every time they walk in our doors. TRM will give you a unique ability to be in an environment that encourages and promotes well being.

We provide an individualized and tailored approach to your specific needs. Regardless of what you have going on, your recovery is unique and specific to you. We want to help you create your own path to recovery.
We take a very scientific and medical approach to it whether it be general fitness, biomechanics or general rehab. We look for the right way to do it.
Earlier we talked about how we allow our crew members to express themselves creatively as a team or as an individual. While our providers are all qualified to develop your own path to recovery by themselves, they most often seek the opinions of the rest of our team. That's where Collaborative Care comes in to play.. and you might be wondering, "How do you feasibly implement that?"

That's easy. After your initial visit with one of our providers (whether or not you first saw an MD on our team) we begin to work on your path to recovery behind closed doors. Your therapist will utilize their own ability but they will also reach out to our entire team on best methods and practices for you. If you're having a specific knee problem, you can expect that part of your rehab includes collaboration from your therapist to a specialized knee doctor as well as the rest of the team.

We think that's pretty cool! Specialized-Collaborative Care, centered around you and your health.
